Frequently asked questions

Can it make changes in our admin panel?

No. The assistant connects to your admin panel with view-only access, and any request outside the permitted read addresses is refused. Any request that requires action reaches your team as a task card, and your team decides.

What does it do when it is not sure?

It does not guess. If a message is unclear, it asks one clear question. If the admin panel does not respond or a record does not match exactly, it does not treat that as “no record”; it passes the matter to your team. Every reply goes through a final check before it reaches the customer.

Where does it learn our rules?

From your website’s promotion and rules pages, from notices your team has approved, and from your written business rules. Website scans start at your team’s request, and your team receives a summary of what changed. Past conversations are used only as examples of tone; they are never a source for figures or rules.

How does our team manage the assistant?

In three ways. First, your team writes its decision as a short note on a task card in your team channel, and the assistant relays it to the customer in plain language. Second, your agents can pause or steer the assistant in a live chat with a note the customer does not see. Third, you report a temporary change, such as a payment method closing for the day, in one sentence; once you approve it, it applies to every conversation.

Can our agents join a chat?

Yes. When an agent takes over a chat, the assistant steps back. It resumes where it left off when the agent hands the chat back with a note, or when the chat closes. If the agent does not respond for a long time, the customer is not left without an answer.

Which channels and languages does it support?

Today it works with LiveChat and is configured for Turkish-language support. Task cards are delivered to your team channel on Telegram. If you use another live chat tool or need another language, we will assess it together on a call.

How does setup work?

A step-by-step setup process is planned for new companies, with each stage verified before the next: an onboarding form, a configuration specific to your company, import of your website and rules, test scenarios with load and emergency tests, followed by a gradual launch. These steps are not in use yet. The timeline depends on your admin panel and rules, and is agreed on a call.
